Welcome to RentReview! These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the “App”) and any services, features, or content made available by RentReview LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the App in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App.
• Account Registration: Certain features require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
• Account Security: Notify us immediately at admin@rentreview.org if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

2. User Content, License, and Responsibility

• User Content: Includes reviews, ratings, comments, photos, videos, and other materials posted through the App.
• Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post but grant necessary rights to RentReview.
• License Grant: By posting content, you grant RentReview a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and distribute your content.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to post illegal, misleading, discriminatory, or offensive content.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Violating any applicable law or regulation.
• Posting false or fraudulent information.
• Impersonating another person or organization.
• Collecting personal data of users without consent.
• Distributing malware or attempting unauthorized access.
• Harassing, stalking, or threatening another person.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its design, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RentReview LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The App may link to third-party services such as Apple or Google sign-in. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6. Fees and Payments

If paid features are introduced, pricing, billing, and refund policies will be clearly communicated. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

7. Termination and Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or if required by law.

8. Disclaimers and No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

RentReview LLC will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid by you in the past 12 months or $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RentReview LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of the App, your content, or violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Volusia County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
• If any provision is invalid, the remaining terms remain valid.
• Failure to enforce any provision does not waive rights.
